The check in starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Our facility is located 50m to Term Bania – you can buy tickets at a promotional price at the reception desk.
Tickets purchased at the reception desk entitle our guests to skip the line.
Breakfast in the form of a large buffet from 8:00 to 10:00.
Dinner is served from 15:00 to 17:00.
It is possible to rent a travel cot for a child at PLN 30 per night.
We accept pets – there is an additional fee of PLN 50 per night. (in the event of any damage caused by a pet, an additional fee is charged, e.g. washing the carpet PLN 300).
It is possible to order breakfast in the room for an additional fee of PLN 20 / item.
Towels can be changed at the request of the guest free of charge (notify us at the reception).
The hotel charges a resort tax in the amount of PLN 2.50 per person per night (deducted amount, payment in cash).

Terms of payment:

A guaranteed reservation is a reservation paid with a deposit of 30% of the reservation value, up to 3 days from making the reservation.
Failure to pay the deposit for reservations within the indicated period will cancel the reservation.
The remaining payment for the stay is made on the day of arrival.
